I had no space for earlier dreams of impacting others

I was spending more time at the doctors than the parks

I was living a life of survival

something had to change...

 

One day I put a post up…

“I SHARED WHAT I WAS TRYING TO GET TO THE ROOT OF MY HEALTH AND HAD NO IDEA HOW MANY ALSO STRUGGLED WITH THEIR PHYSICAL / FINANCIAL HEALTH.”

One by one we each tried something that changed our lives, and paid it forward, creating a ripple effect that changed the trajectory of families across the United States and into Canada. Let’s scrap the excuses, ditch old mindsets, and go all in because you are worth it!

I could see why other mothers would take their own lives...

Mental health, physical health. It’s not a luxury, it’s a necessity.

Make today the day you commit to something different, SIMPLE, sustainable, and life changing. When you heal you can show up for those you love. When you’re drowning, on empty, everyone around you suffers.

Don’t ever settle for simply existing.
